VUGO Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the Service

You are solely responsible for the content you create using VUGO.

By using the Service, you agree not to create, upload, or share any content that:

• Contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or defamation;
• Promotes misinformation, harassment, or violence;
• Violates the advertising policies or community guidelines of any platform where the content is published (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube);
• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights or personal privacy.

We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content at our sole discretion if we determine these Terms have been violated.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated via VUGO is powered by third-party artificial intelligence APIs and influenced by user input.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The output may be unpredictable or inaccurate;
• VUGO does not monitor, verify, or guarantee the quality, reliability, legality, or accuracy of AI-generated content;
• VUGO is not liable for any content produced through the Service, including unintended, inappropriate, or harmful outputs.

You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• To impersonate individuals or create misleading content that could reasonably be construed as factual;
• For any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity;
• To create or share content that violates any applicable laws or third-party terms of service.

Any violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to the Service.

4. Data and Privacy

We may log limited usage data (e.g., prompt types, timestamps) to improve platform performance and reliability. However:

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted;
• Any generated content will meet advertising platform requirements or receive approval upon submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VUGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Content rejection or account suspension on third-party platforms;
• Loss of revenue, opportunity, or data;
• Reputational harm or legal consequences stemming from generated content.

You use the Service at your sole risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VUGO and its developers from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service;
• The content you create or share;
• Any breach of these Terms.
